We understand our responsibility to the places where we work, and the people we work with.
We have carried out pro-bono work on selected projects and 5% of all our profits are donated to charity.
In 2022 we are continuing to support the Derai Probashi Secondary School in Derai, Sunamganj, Bangladesh.
We helped raise the funds to buy the land and build the first phase of this school, which serves a deprived and remote rural community in northern Bangladesh. We have collected and supplied a full complement of books donated by our friends and contacts, to form the school’s first ever reading and reference library.
The Derai school is in an area with low literacy rates, which has a shortage of school places. Since opening in 2020 the school has grown to over 120 pupils and has achieved some of the highest academic achievement levels of the district.
We are now fundraising for the next phase of construction for the school.
